We understand that designing, remodeling, or adding onto your home requires an investment of time and money. We respect that investment. We make a point to speak with you about scope and budget throughout your project, whether it involves residential design, master planning, or consultation. Nimtz Design Group follows a defined, multi-phase process developed by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Our design process is a critical part of meeting clients' needs. We begin with a thorough inventory of physical, emotional, spiritual and technical conditions. Our initial responses are often diagrams which seek to develop and convey a solution with a client-designer consensus behind them. The conceptual ideas are then amplified to a higher level of detail, so that the intentions of the project resonate and are apparent throughout every phase.
